Closet Rules:
- Move in is still Saturday at 8am
- Tagging Kit available Monday prior to move in, deposit is $20 CASH.
- Move-out Friday at 6pm
- Pay out Wednesday after move-out via VENMO
- ALL items must have a LPH tag attached
- NO personal hangers
- All Clothing must be on a hanger.
- NO bargain bins of clothings will be allowed.
- NO 2fers sales. (All items must have their own price)
- NO supply fee
- Restocking on Mon. & Tues. ONLY
- Early Clean out fee of $20 - Early is anytime prior to 6pm.

1. Original Closet
71” x 40”x 16”. This closet is $40 + tax
-70 tags
-70 max items

2. Premium Closet
71” x 48” x 16”. This closet is $60 + tax
-Features 7 shelves in total
-48” x 32” space for hanging clothes.
-100 tags to start in kit
-150 Max items in closet

3. Product Shelf
70” x 24” x12”. This shelf is $50 + tax
-Features 6 shelves.
No clothes to sell? Try out a product shelf instead. Sell new products you sell, design and hand make or items you’ve collected like dishes, collectibles, shoes, purses and books.
- NO clothes allowed
- 80 tags to start, in kit
-Shelves cannot be over stuffed
4. Closet Break-down

When your week comes to an end come break down your closet.
This service is $20 + tax.
Friday at 6pm-730pm, but if you can’t make it, book this service, we will unload, fold and bag your items in your closet. You must pick up your items by end of business day the following Thursday or we add storage fees: $5 per bag/week. After 1 month we will donate your items.
Purchase must be made by Friday at 12 noon.
After 12 noon:
- Charge is $40 + tax
- Book online under Late Closet Break-down
NO show:
-Charge is $50 + tax

5. Concierge Closet Service
Can’t make it Saturday to set up? Book this service and we’ll do it for you.
This service is $40 + tax
- Book your appointment window (this is the time when you drop off your 70 items)
- Decide if you’d like to tag your items OR just sort your items into 1-4 price points and have us tag them for you.
- Upon drop off fill out & sign your agreement
- Pick up of unsold items will be Sunday or Monday during business hours.

I’m so glad you found us. Just a little about me; I was born and raised on O’ahu & am now raising my family here in Kapolei. I graduated from Kamehameha and BYUH. I hope to assist other locals make a little extra cash, support small businesses amd protect our ‘āina by keeping unwanted clothing out of the landfill.
